Spinning a spinner

Determine if the following four spinners are fair. Explain why they are or are not fair using probability.  Then looking at the game of Twister. Determine if this game would be considered "fair"

  1. Ms. Michael says that the 1st and 3rd spinners are fair. Each part of the spinner has the same probability. For the first one, the probability is 1/8 for each part. The third spinner has a probability of 1/5 for each color part. The other two spinners are not fair because they do not have the same probability for each section. For instance, in the last spinner a 5 is more likely to be spun than a 4 because it fills up a bigger piece of the spinner.

    For the game twister, this game would be considered fair in terms of probability. Each body part has the same number of colors possible to be spun and there are the same number of colors throughout the board. There are four colors per foot and hand and then each one contains red, yellow, green and blue.
